With a committed team of board members and volunteers, the charity aims to make spinal health a collective priority in Hong Kong, promoting regular spine checks and early detection of conditions like scoliosis.
Dr. Fong holds degrees in Electrical Engineering from the University of Idaho, USA, Traditional Chinese Medicine from Jinan University, China, and Chiropractic from Life Chiropractic College West, USA. He is the Founder and Chairman of the Hong Kong Association of Professional Chiropractors, and an active public speaker and educator on health topics across various platforms.
He enjoys an active lifestyle with his family, participating in sports like high-intensity interval training, hiking, football, and skiing.
Linda brings over a decade of experience in brand building, fundraising, and community engagement to her role as a Board Member of Spine HK Foundation. Her extensive involvement includes serving on the Board of Hong Kong Adventist Hospital Foundation, where she contributed to strategic planning and fundraising initiatives. She has also supported youth development and fundraising efforts as a Project Consultant for Kids4Kids.
Active in her children’s school community, Linda served as Secretary and Vice President of the Parent-Teacher Association at Chinese International School. She successfully led fundraising efforts, including a notable gala event, to support school endowment funds. Linda holds degrees in Economics from the University of Sydney and Law from the University of London.
Fluent in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin, Linda understands the importance of maintaining good spinal health, having ensured her own children received regular spinal checks and care.

Dr. Gigi Pang is an accomplished social entrepreneur known for her ability to balance family, business, and community work. In 2021, she was recognized with the Asian Social Caring Female Leadership Award and named one of Hong Kong’s 300 Most Powerful People by Gafencu magazine.
As the founder of JunCulture (2018) and Jun’s Embroidery (2019), Dr. Pang empowers underprivileged women by combining traditional embroidery with modern design. JunCulture preserves intangible cultural heritage, while Jun’s Embroidery promotes embroidery as a therapeutic art form.
Dr. Pang is a dedicated leader in government and non-profit organizations. She is the Founding Chairlady of the Golden Bauhinia Women Entrepreneur Charitable Foundation and Vice-President of Elsie Tu Education Foundation–New Youth Hong Kong. Ms. Juanna Yin is currently a Director of the Chat Union Group. She holds JD, MBA and BSc degrees, and has accumulated many years of experience in the management of electrical and mechanical engineering. She has led the group in participating in major projects such as the Hong Kong-Zhuhai-Macao Bridge, the Hong Kong International Airport, and various public and private hospitals.
Ms. Yin is enthusiastic about public welfare. She has served as Vice President of the Centum Charitas Foundation, promoting youth development, elderly care culture, and education in AI and ESG. She has also personally led students on exchange programs to Mainland China and participated in “be ANGEL action” activities, delivering care to grassroots elderly.
As the Executive Director of the Aspiration Foundation, she established the “2nd Chance Medicine Scholarship” to nurture compassionate medical professionals. She also serves as a mentor in the Child Development Fund and the Strive and Rise Programme, supporting the growth of underprivileged children.
